Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Only products purchased directly from sylvoxtv.com.au or from authorized resellers (including Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Wayfair, AliExpress, etc.) are eligible for return.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return, refund, repair, or replacement.
2. Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact the Sylvox support team at service.au@sylvoxtv.com and provide:
- Order ID or proof of purchase
- A detailed description of the product issue
Once approved, Sylvox will provide a return shipping label, RMA form, and return address via email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For quality-related issues, Sylvox is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
If the returned product is missing original packaging or shows signs of artificial or avoidable damage (such as cosmetic damage or missing accessories) that affect resale value, Sylvox reserves the right to deduct corresponding costs from the refund.

Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for eligible products that are returned undamaged and in original shipping cartons with all accessories and documentation.
To initiate a refund request, please contact service.au@sylvoxtv.com and include your order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned product is received and inspected.
2. Restocking Fee
If a product has been installed and used, Sylvox reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value.
For non-quality-related returns, return freight costs are borne by the customer.
3. Refund Requests After 30 Days
Products returned after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Such requests will be handled according to Sylvox after-sales service procedures and subject to inspection and evaluation.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours (1 day) of placing the order, provided that the product has not yet been dispatched.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
- Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- If a cancellation request is submitted within the allowed cancellation timeframe and before shipment, the order may be canceled successfully.
To request an order cancellation, please contact service.au@sylvoxtv.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Pricing Errors
While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing or system error, Sylvox reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, without prior customer consent.
Orders affected by pricing errors will not be fulfilled unless the customer agrees to pay the correct price difference.
If the customer does not agree to the corrected price, the order will be canceled and any payment made will be fully refunded.
Sylvox reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
