Shipping Policy

We currently provide free shipping to the UK/EU Region/JP/US/AU Customers from other countries need to contact us via service.au@sylvoxtv.com to confirm the shipping fee.

We have overseas warehouses in Australia respectively, depending on your address and the size of the product purchased, the logistics delivery time will vary.

Normally, we will send the goods out within 48 hours once you confirm your order, your order will be shipped out via Express delivery or truck, depending on the TV size. After we ship out your order you will receive the update email that includes the tracking number, Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday are processed on the following Monday.

For the AU Region

All product sizes equal to or less than 55 inches, in the AU region will arrive within 2-5 business days. For products larger than 55 inches, will arrive within 5-6 business days.

Customers purchasing from sylvoxtv.com.au will only have deliveries to addresses within Australia.

International Shipping:
Customers from other countries should contact us at presale.au@sylvoxtv.com to confirm shipping fees.

Normally the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after confirming your order.

Prices
All prices on the official website are exclusive of taxes. You must pay
the applicable taxes according to your local tax policy at checkout.
Tracking your shipment
We use standard logistics providers to ship your items. You will receive
one or more tracking numbers in the confirmation email we send you
when your order ships. This tracking number can be used to check the
status of your shipment on the provider's website using the links
provided.
