55" Outdoor TV(Google TV) - 2024 Deck Pro 2.0(NEW)

Very bright picture outside Extremely happy

We originally purchased the 55” Deck Pro 2.0 for our covered BBQ island. After one day we realized that the glare from the pool caused too much distraction for viewing. I contacted Sylvox and within a few weeks upgraded to the 65” Pool Pro 1.0 Android. Couldn’t be happier! As a family we spend a lot more time outside enjoying our favorite sport and tv programs. As a bonus, Sylvox as upgraded us with a sound bar!!! Everything is amazing!!!! Highly recommend Sylvox and the customer service!

The picture is really nice outside! After adjusting a few settings the color and brightness show a really nice 4k picture. Motion on sports is good, sound quality was better than expected for a water resistant tv! I can’t imagine the other brands would be worth the extra cost. Smart TV with Google TV is really good. Just expect to fuss with setup for a while as a few setup features took multiple attempts to work right

The 2024 Deck ProbTV is a robust TV. My initial impressions are that I might require the 2000 nit brightness due to the reflections behind my viewing area. Visually it looks really good and high quality product. The HD picture is good for an outdoor setting and the Google TV is a great addition. I am very happy with the purchase but might need to go with a brighter Sylvox TV.

It allows me to easily move the TV around, whether it's next to the fire pit or within different spots in the gazebo.

Both the TV and the stand are made from high-quality materials. The TV is incredibly robust and truly lives up to its reputation for being weather-resistant. The picture quality is outstanding, and even though I don't have the QLED model, the version I have delivers impressive quality and sound, on par with higher-end models.

What really sets Sylvox brand apart, though, is their exceptional customer service (best). I had the pleasure of working with Sally from Sylvox Support, and she was fantastic. She was attentive, followed up diligently, and resolved a delay with my TV stand without any hassle. She even sent a replacement promptly when there were issues with the first stand. Additionally, she honored a discount for the combo purchase of the TV and stand without any questions.

The combination of excellent product quality and top-notch customer service has made me a loyal Sylvox customer. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the support I've received. Highly recommend!
